Meridian Announces Greenville Utilities Award

Meridian Integration, a Jacksonville, FL based utility solutions provider, is excited to announce a recent award by the Greenville Utilities Commission for Meridian’s Digital Customer Engagement Platform, KeepTRAC.

The project is expected to kick off in Q1 of 2020 and will entail replacing Greenville’s legacy self-service web portal with Meridian’s KeepTRAC solution. Post go-live, Greenville’s Customer Service Representatives and their 75,000 customers will have a robust, seamless, and intuitive interface enhancing customer service and satisfaction.
